• Make sure that the back panel of the brace placed at the centre of each shoulder.
• Cross straps under armpits and place the shoulder straps through buckle of the back panel.

• Find the open side of pouch arm sling and put that so it face your good arm.
• Insert the arm into the pouch with the elbow placed snugly into the corner.
• Rest the thumb in thumb cradle.
• Put the strap around the neck, secure it with buckle closure.
• Make sure that arm should rest horizontally.
• Position shoulder pad over shoulder at maximum pressure point for comfort.
